Incidents

The Incidents page lists the messages and events that SucuriLabs has analyzed. Administrators can use this page to review detections, filter incidents by verdict or review status, and open individual incidents for deeper investigation.

Filtering incidents

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the incident list:

FilterDescription
VerdictFilters incidents by classification, such as Malicious, Spam, Benign, Simulation, or Unknown
StatusFilters incidents by whether they have been reviewed or still need review

The count beside each filter option shows how many incidents match that classification. Select Refresh to reload the incident list.

Incident table

The table shows the main information needed to triage each incident:

SubjectThe message subject or incident title
SenderThe sender name and email address
RecipientsThe primary recipient and any additional recipients
ReceivedWhen the message was received
VerdictSucuriLabs’s classification of the incident
StatusWhether the incident has been reviewed

Select an incident row or the arrow at the end of the row to open the incident details and continue the investigation.
