How to manually import users
Not all us will require or use the Automatic user provisioning (SCIM) integrations, for those that want to manually import users this can be done in a couple of ways:

Importing users via CSV
Adding users manually can be a pain. To fix this, Cyberhook lets you upload users
in bulk from a CSV file. To begin the import process click on the Import users button
and select the CSV option.
You can download our csv template and upload it with your users data. Use the
field reference below when filling the template.

Mind that any group that a user belongs to and isn't created in Cyberhook will be created automatically, so there's for you to create them manually.
Upload your CSV and click on the Next button to preview which users are going to
be imported and check which lines are invalid. After previewing the import process
click on the Import button and the users you uploaded will be added to the platform in a background task.
Adding users individually within the platform
If you prefer to add users one at a time, Cyberhook makes this process simple and efficient.
To begin, navigate to the Users section from your navigation menu. Click on
the Add User button located in the top-right corner of the page. A form will
appear and you can start filling it with the user's information.
Once you’ve filled out all the required fields, click Save. We will validate the information and if any details are incorrect or missing, you’ll be prompted to correct them.
